There were two deficiencies with the handling of TDs and admins setting game results through the website:
1. No post was made to the game forum with the game result.
2. If a time was scheduled and the TD later reset the time by setting the result to -, the game was not removed from the pending games list.

Note that these problems did not exist when setting the result through the bot. I have now corrected them in the code for the website, so the website should work as well as the bot.

Thanks to milpat for reminding me about the second problem until I bothered to do something about it.
